Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification after your order has shipped.

Estimated standard shipping times will be provided at checkout. Please keep in mind there is the potential of postal service delays and issues. Third Circle is not responsible for any orders delivered past the estimated delivery date. Shipping Locations

Due to circumstances out of our control, we cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Haiti, Iran, Israel, Laos, Libya, North Korea, Palestine, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen at this time. Orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs/duties charges.

Local Delivery and Pickup

At this time, Third Circle does not offer local delivery or pickup.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have any issues with tracking, or you haven't received your order within a reasonable time, please contact us at contact.thirdcircle@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will look into it.

Third Circle is not responsible for any items damaged, lost, or stolen within the mailing process.

However, in the case of issues with mailing services, please contact us and we will try to make it right.
